The calculator is an estimate

The price ranges produced by the calculator are non-binding estimates based on typical Greater Toronto Area pricing. They are not a quote, not a contract, and not a guarantee of any contractor's price. Final pricing depends on the contractor, your specific lot, material availability on the day of build, and a number of factors the calculator cannot model.

We aim for accuracy but make no warranty that the numbers will match what you are quoted. Always confirm pricing with a licensed contractor before committing.

• Attempt to scrape, overload, or interfere with the site or its endpoints;
• Use the site to send spam, attempt fraud, or violate Canadian law;
• Republish substantial portions of the calculator output, the city pages, or the cost guide without permission.
